Terms of Use

Effective Date: March 14, 2026

Welcome to SafeScopePlatform.com. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website.

SafeScopePlatform.com is a system-definition reference site. It exists to explain the SafeScope system class, its architecture, its constraints, and its explicit refusals. It is not the production operating platform, not a customer portal, not a public incident submission environment, and not a law-enforcement access surface. The current site’s privacy page uses that same reference-site posture, and these Terms follow it.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Scope

  • SafeScopePlatform.com
  • all pages and content made available through that domain
  • any materials, text, graphics, documents, and explanations published on the site
  • communications sent through contact channels associated with the site

These Terms govern this website only. Separate products, deployments, portals, customer environments, operating-company sites, contracts, onboarding materials, system acknowledgements, or other legal documents may apply to other environments or relationships.

2. Nature of the Site

SafeScopePlatform.com is an informational website.

It is intended to describe the SafeScope system class at a structural level. It is not intended to provide:

  • emergency services
  • incident intake
  • public reporting functionality
  • investigative services
  • legal advice
  • compliance advice
  • operational instructions for real-time response
  • access to customer data or system records

Nothing on this site creates a duty to monitor, investigate, intervene, respond, rescue, escalate, or notify any third party.

3. No Emergency or Response Function

This website is not monitored as an emergency channel.

Do not use this website, or any contact information published on it, to report an emergency or request immediate help. If you are in immediate danger or require urgent assistance, contact emergency services or an appropriate local emergency resource directly.

No statement on this site should be interpreted as creating a response obligation, monitoring obligation, or rescue obligation.

4. Permitted Use

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • view the content for informational purposes
  • reference the site in ordinary business, legal, academic, or technical discussion
  • contact the site using legitimate business or informational inquiries

You may not:

  • use the site in violation of applicable law
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, servers, or related systems
  • interfere with site operation, security, or availability
  • scrape, harvest, or extract data from the site in an abusive or excessive manner
  • use the site to transmit malicious code, spam, or deceptive material
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • use the site in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, certification, or approval where none exists
  • use the site as a substitute for operational, legal, emergency, or regulatory advice

5. No Public Submission or Operational Access

This site is not a public submission portal.

  • submitting incident records
  • uploading evidence
  • requesting investigation
  • searching for individuals
  • retrieving customer information
  • requesting law-enforcement disclosure
  • asserting access rights to a separate operating environment

If you send materials to a general contact channel, that does not create an obligation to process them operationally, preserve them as evidence, or treat them as formal notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, design, structure, graphics, logos, icons, compilations, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the site operator unless otherwise stated and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the site for informational, non-infringing purposes.

  • reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit site content
  • modify or create derivative works from site materials
  • remove proprietary notices
  • use trademarks, names, branding elements, or distinctive site language in a misleading way

7. Trademarks

“SafeScope” and related names, marks, logos, slogans, and design elements may be trademarks or protected branding of their respective owners.

Nothing on this site grants a license to use any trademark, trade name, logo, or branding element without prior written permission, except for nominative reference that is lawful and non-misleading.

8. No Reliance; Informational Content Only

The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only.

It is intended to describe a system class and its architectural posture. It is not a promise of availability, performance, suitability, legal compliance in every jurisdiction, operational outcome, or fitness for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for evaluating whether any concept, system, or approach described on this site is appropriate for your own circumstances.

  • legal advice
  • privacy advice
  • regulatory advice
  • security advice
  • insurance advice
  • operational guidance for emergencies
  • an offer to provide services unless expressly stated elsewhere in a separate governing document

9. No Warranty

This site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

  • merchantability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement
  • accuracy
  • completeness
  • availability
  • reliability
  • uninterrupted access
  • freedom from viruses or other harmful components

We do not warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to use, this site.

  • lost profits
  • lost revenue
  • lost business opportunity
  • loss of data
  • business interruption
  • system failure
  • reputational harm
  • reliance on site content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any direct liability arising out of or related to this site will be limited to the greater of:
(a) the amount you paid, if any, to use this site in the twelve months before the claim arose, or
(b) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site operator and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the site
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of law
  • your infringement or misappropriation of any rights of another person or entity
  • materials or information you submit through the site or related contact channels

12. Third-Party Links and Services

This site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services for convenience or reference.

We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party content, terms, privacy practices, availability, or security. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

A link does not imply endorsement, approval, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

13. Privacy

Your use of this site is also subject to the site’s Privacy Policy.

That policy describes what information may be collected through this website, how it may be used, and the privacy boundaries applicable to the site.

14. Communications

If you contact us through the site or by email, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

  • unlawful content
  • malicious code
  • confidential information you are not authorized to disclose
  • sensitive personal information unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel
  • materials that would impose handling obligations inconsistent with the nature of this site as an informational reference surface

General contact communications do not create confidentiality obligations unless expressly agreed in writing.

15. Reservation of Rights

  • modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the site
  • restrict or terminate access to the site
  • remove or revise content
  • investigate suspected misuse
  • take any action we reasonably believe is necessary to protect the site, its users, or related infrastructure

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Venue

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. No Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision, and any failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notice expressly incorporated by reference for this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and the site operator regarding your use of this website.
